With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, I am dedicated to providing a safe, evidence-based space for healing. I believe that every individual deserves a compassionate approach that honors their unique journey toward emotional well-being and resilience.
I currently hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Grief Professional. I have experience treating adolescents, adults, and mothers with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I also have years of experience in counseling individuals with cancer and have had extensive training in treating those who have been through suicide loss.
